Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions differ for schools and individuals
These are available on request and are provided to all schools prior to sessions.
Individuals
Cancellation
All classes must be paid in full, in advance, and all clients agree to a 24hour cancellation policy in the event of
cancellation, or missed appointment.
You can change or re-schedule bookings up to 24hours before your session without charge.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge.
Session fees are non-refundable unless cancelled by It’s all okay.
In the rare event of cancellation by It’s all okay, we will make every effort to contact you. Refunds given as cash or
via bank transfer.
Please note: the rights of refund, cancellation or limitation set out here, do not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer.
Medical, Safety and hygiene
Please dress appropriately for an exercise session, wearing comfortable clothes and removing any jewellery.
Please ensure hands have been washed prior to the session.
Please inform It’s all okay if you feel unwell or have any medical issues/ conditions that may affect your practise.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher and It’s all okay accepts no responsibility for any client who does not
disclose injuries or medical conditions to the instructor.
It’s all okay accepts no responsibility for injuries or issues occurring as a result of the class.
It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of injuries, medical issues or discomfort.
If you are pregnant, please let us know as some yoga asanas may be unsuitable.
Travel expenses
Travel expenses may be added to the cost of your session, if the distance is not local. These are calculated at 10p per
mile. There may also be a charge for travelling time.
Consent forms
New clients will be asked to complete a consent form before sessions begin.
By signing the consent form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.
