The science of yoga and mindfulness is well established and extensive study, training and experience helps me guide you to a state of improved wellbeing. My style of teaching is relaxed, friendly and approachable. I’m really looking forward to connecting with you.
Kids
Teaching kids yoga in a fun and engaging way, so they learn to regulate emotions & feel worry-free.
Adults
One-to-one yoga & mindfulness sessions to create a calmer, healthier and happier life for yourself.
Families
Yoga for the whole family as well as one to one support for children with special needs and their parents.
Schools
A half or full day of yoga and mindfulness programmes & activities taught in a school or learning setting.
