I’m Kay. Happy you’re here!
I provide a caring & nurturing space.
Yoga and meditation have taken me on an amazing journey of self-discovery. Since I started practising, over 20 years ago, I found many children and adults struggle with issues such as anxiety, low self esteem, reduced fitness levels and fatigue. So I share what I’ve learnt to provide a caring and nurturing space for children. I found that adults also benefit from the tools I teach, so I teach grown ups too, (like you!)
A calmer, healthier, happier life
I’ve been privileged to support classes and individuals of all ages; including teachers, parents and other professionals. I’ve trained extensively in yoga and meditation and wholeheartedly believe these tools have an essential role to play in our wellbeing.
My style of yoga is gentle, safe and relaxing; definitely not an intense workout! I am experienced in holding space for children with special needs as well as their families. My intention is to help you create a calmer, healthier and happier life for yourself and to support you in your journey.
